The test reveals 16 basic personality types. The test will also help you find out how you perceive your environment - are you an extrovert or an introvert? You will also find out how you work with information, do you prefer senses or intuition?  Another area is information, how do you process information, do you think or feel more? The last dimension measured finds out about your lifestyle. Do you reason or perceive more?

The results from the test will help you see how you can develop your skills and abilities. It will also give you an idea of what suits you at work and what doesn't, what type of information you prefer.

Test of toughness

The "GRIT", a test of resilience, measures two basic dimensions of resilience: perseverance and passion. The Toughness Index is a standardized technique that is also standardized for the population of the country on a sample of 1100 N. The present test tells you how tough or tenacious you are. The results of the test are displayed in so-called percentiles. The average toughness is 49%. If your index is higher, it means you have above average toughness. Individuals with high resilience are able to overcome difficulties, are able to reach a set goal and achieve that goal. Interestingly, people with a higher percentile have a higher income, are more educated and hold skilled jobs.
